Dr. Lillian M. Ostojich
Founder CIPS | LEED Green AssociateDr. Lillian Ostojich brings a unique combination of medical expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and development.
A physician by training (Plastic, Reconstructive & Maxillofacial Surgery), Dr. Ostojich has developed a distinctive perspective on the connection between the built environment, human health, and sustainability. She is a licensed Managing Real Estate Broker in Illinois, holds theprestigious Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®, and is a LEED Green Associate accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council.
A recognized advocate for sustainable development, Dr. Ostojich serves as Chair of the NAWIC Midwest Region Sustainability Committee and Chair of the NAWIC Chicago Metro Chapter Sustainability Committee, advancing education and innovation in sustainable construction.
Through her investment experience and extensive network across real estate, finance, and
sustainability sectors, she leads Hadrian in identifying opportunities, building strategic
partnerships, and creating long-term economic, environmental, and social value.
